Suggested approach

Prepare the correct stage
Accept Thundris’s relic collection before traveling south to Ameth’Aran. The Fall of Ameth’Aran is a separate tablet task in the same ruins, so check whether both are in your log before making the trip.
Follow the named objective
Fight Highborne spirits and count relics rather than kills. Cursed, Wailing and Writhing Highborne are Classic loot-source references; the source’s observed Forever objective map area is around 42.7, 60.5. Neither establishes a fixed drop rate.
Confirm credit and hand over
Wait until the inventory counter reaches seven, then return to Thundris in Auberdine. ForeverDB records Ivy Cuffs as a reward seen by two players; verify the current reward panel rather than assuming old XP or reputation values apply at your level.
