What the record establishes

Open the Maw follows Dragonmaw Rumors. It requires two Dragonmaw Saboteurs, four Dragonmaw Warders and a Dragonmaw Dispatch, with a return to the Deathstalker Agent outside the Excavation Site. Minimum acceptance level is 24. Knife-Polishing Rag and Dirt-Heavy Bracers are reward choices; Bloody Map is listed as an additional reward, not the required Dispatch.

Suggested approach

Resolve the agent introduction
Complete Dragonmaw Rumors and confirm Open the Maw is active before joining the dungeon run. The preceding task points to an agent in the hills above the Dragonmaw camp; it supplies a landmark clue, not tested coordinates.
Track combat and collection independently
Compare the two named kill counters after relevant fights and keep the Dispatch requirement visible. Inspect your eligible loot; six credited kills in the right split do not establish that the separate item is collected.
Make a three-part exit check
Before leaving, verify both counters and the Dispatch. Follow your current log to the outside agent. At handover, distinguish the selectable equipment from the additional map reward rather than searching the dungeon for the reward itself.

Planning notes

This is a mixed objective, so a combat-only progress message is incomplete. Tell the party whether the remaining problem is a specific target category or a missing item; the two call for different investigation. Reserve time for that check before the group exits. The suggested process does not require assuming any particular enemy always drops the Dispatch.

No guaranteed Dispatch dropper, drop rate or precise agent coordinate is established by the reviewed source. The collected faction field is unspecified; check whether your character is offered the chain rather than inferring universal access from that label.
