The public chain data disagrees with a player prerequisite report, so availability should be checked with Halloran before the dungeon rather than promised from one fixed prerequisite list.

Suggested approach

Visit Halloran before joining the run
Use the reported Menethil contact and check whether Highland Hides is offered. If not, inspect his available earlier tasks and your completed history. Public sources disagree about Daily Delivery and Young Crocolisk Skins, so resolve the actual chain state in the current client before travelling.
Track the specific hide collection
Tell the party you need four Thicket Raptor Hides, not generic raptor skins or the Horde meat objective. Inspect eligible loot and your personal counter during the run. The quest wording asks for hides but does not establish a Skinning profession requirement here.
Check four credited hides, then return
Read the item counter before leaving and keep the items until the Halloran hand-in succeeds. Inspect the next offer afterward. The current direct record lists experience and money; later chain rewards should not be presented as immediate Highland Hides equipment choices.

Planning notes
