What the record establishes
Earthen Echo is the Horde follow-up to Elder Knowledge, with minimum acceptance level 24. Its goal is delivery of the Titan Relic to Muln Earthfury at Skywatcher Plateau in northwest Mulgore. That recipient and landmark come from quest text, not a beta-log sighting. Elder Knowledge instead points to the Elder Rise in Thunder Bluff; these are distinct stages of the chain.

- Check which relic stage is active
Read the exact title before travelling. If Elder Knowledge is still active, resolve that instruction before following the Earthen Echo destination. Confirm the relic is credited or available as the current log requires.
- Plan a delivery rather than another dungeon search
Once this follow-up is accepted, retain the relic and use the named Mulgore landmark as your destination clue. The Excavation Site category describes the chain’s context; it should not override the explicit delivery instruction.
- Confirm the named recipient and accepted handover
Compare the NPC name and active log at the destination. Check completion at the actual turn-in window before discarding any quest item. Review the offered reward tooltips against your current gear.
Planning notes
A chain that changes destination can look stalled when the player keeps investigating the old objective area. Separate the current instruction from the place the relic originally entered the story. For a group finishing an excavation run, state that your remaining step is delivery so nobody waits for an unneeded additional search. This also helps distinguish a missing prerequisite from a travel problem.
If progress stalls
No exact coordinate, shortest travel route or independently observed Muln handover is supplied by the reviewed source. Do not borrow coordinates from another version of Mulgore. The Alliance Lost Relic Carry quest shares an item name but directs a different delivery.
