Your objective checklist

Keep separate counters for the recorded objective. Mark a box only after the in-game log confirms that condition. Partial stacks, uncredited kills and the final handover are separate checks.

Plan this dungeon visit

Compare Blackfathom Deeps equipment and acquisition evidence. Check the named objective before entering; a dungeon equipment association does not establish where a quest item drops.
