What the record establishes

This Alliance Shaman stage can be accepted from level 30 after Call of Air. It asks you to defeat Charlga Razorflank in Razorfen Kraul and obtain a Tattered Note. Suggested approach

  1. Finish the air-totem introduction first

    Confirm Call of Air is complete and this Alliance quest is active before joining the dungeon. Public wording uses Thundervein in the preceding quest but Thunderhame in this completion line; use your actual NPC name and quest offer to resolve the spelling mismatch.

  2. Tell the party you need Charlga's note

    Arrange a run that reaches Charlga Razorflank and inspect your eligible loot after the kill. A defeated boss and an item credited in your quest are separate checks, so read the note requirement before leaving.

  3. Take the Alliance note back to Arathi

    Follow the completion text to Veyric Thunderhame. A public Call of Air player comment reports59.8, 27.6 in northern Arathi hills; treat it as a search aid and verify in the client. At turn-in, inspect the next quest instead of expecting a weapon reward from Elemental Aid itself.

Planning notes

This stage is best planned as a class-chain pickup followed by a specific boss-loot check. The dungeon's entry requirements and the quest's level 30 acceptance threshold are separate. Bring the task to the party before the run so a shorter route or early departure does not leave the named boss unvisited. The later weapon-chain rewards should not be described as the reward for this note stage.

If progress stalls

Do not copy the Horde recipient for the shared quest title. If the task is unavailable, first verify your class, level and preceding Call of Air completion in the current client. The Arathi coordinate is a player report attached to the preceding quest, not a tested route or guaranteed interaction point.
