FOREVER TAVERN QUEST GUIDE

Prepare the summon before using the Bloodstone Choker

Basis: Public beta records, with our editorial planning advice. Not independently playtested.

What the record establishes

The published objective requires a Bloodstone Choker summon, subduing a voidwalker, and a return to Gakin the Darkbinder in Stormwind. It does not publish a combat rotation or verified summon coordinates.

Read the source record · Checked October 7, 2026.

Suggested approach

  1. Inspect the quest item

Locate the Bloodstone Choker and read its current use instructions. Check any location requirement in the active quest before using it; owning the item alone is not the whole objective.

  2. Prepare for the encounter

Recover health and resources and arrange your combat controls before summoning. This is preparation advice, not a claim that a specific spell sequence or gear level is required.

  3. Check credit and return

After subduing the summoned target, inspect completion and the item state. Follow the log back to Gakin for the handover rather than assuming the combat event completes all steps.

Planning notes

The important distinction is between starting the event, winning it and turning it in. Treat each as a separate check. This avoids confusing a successful summon with completion or deleting an item that the handover still expects.

If progress stalls

The similarly named Surena’s Choker in another record should not be treated as interchangeable without the current quest instructions. We do not claim a confirmed ability reward from the collected fields.
