QUEST BRIEFING · REVIEWED OCTOBER 12

Prepare Bloodied Insignia

Record #95195 · Alliance · Ruins of Lordaeron. The recorded acceptance minimum is 16; the quest level 22 is a separate field.

Your objective checklist

Keep separate counters for the recorded objective. Mark a box only after the in-game log confirms that condition. Partial stacks, uncredited kills and the final handover are separate checks.

Item comparisons use our equipment snapshot. Required level describes wearing the item, not accepting this quest. Compare the slot and useful stats against what you already own.

Plan this dungeon visit

Compare Ruins of Lordaeron equipment and acquisition evidence. Check the named objective before entering; a dungeon equipment association does not establish where a quest item drops.

Source limitation: Giver/turn-in may be inferred from quest wording, not an observed handover.

FOREVER TAVERN QUEST GUIDE

Start from the insignia before planning the ten-item handover

Forever Tavern editorial · Updated October 11, 2026

Basis: Public beta-client quest record reviewed on 11 October 2026; recommendations are editorial planning, not a playtested walkthrough. Not independently playtested.

What the record establishes

This Alliance quest is started by a Bloodied Insignia item. It requires ten insignias and a handover to General Marcus Jonathan in Stormwind. The starting item and required collection share the same name.

Read the source record · Checked October 11, 2026.

Suggested approach

  1. Inspect the starting item

Read its tooltip and accept the offered quest if your current character is eligible. Simply carrying an insignia is not evidence that the ten-item collection is active.

  2. Read the counter after acceptance

Check what the tracker already credits instead of assuming the starting item is either consumed or automatically counted. Keep qualifying insignias while the group continues its Ruins objectives.

  3. Check ten and plan Stormwind

Before leaving, confirm the full credited quantity. Preserve the collection and make the General’s Stormwind handover part of your return plan.

Planning notes

The shared item name makes state checking unusually useful here: distinguish “I found the starter,” “I accepted the quest” and “I have enough credited items.” This avoids searching for an NPC to begin an item-started task or discarding the collection after the initial interaction. If travelling with players who return to Undercity or Brill, agree on the dungeon exit without assuming everyone has the same final destination. A completed group run and a completed city handover remain separate milestones.

If progress stalls

The public record does not name a guaranteed dropper, establish how the first item is consumed or give a reliable farming rate. Its minimum acceptance level of sixteen is not a dungeon safety recommendation.
