When to compare this item
Three Stamina and three Fire Resistance make this a small, focused cloak comparison. The source record gives a concrete reason to inspect it when your current cloak has little useful survival value.
What you give up
Fire Resistance is specific to one damage school. Do not treat it as general damage reduction or a reason to abandon more useful stats for unrelated encounters.
Check before you commit
Compare the cloak slot and confirm the current Bazzalan association. Use a combat log to establish whether Fire damage is the actual problem you are trying to solve.
Acquisition evidence
Each association has its own label. An observed source is a historical player report through the provider; an inherited Classic source is a lead to investigate. No current drop rates or guaranteed routes are implied.
