Recorded item effects
Chance on hit: Blasts a target for 42 Fire damage. Spell #1292152
An effect description does not establish uptime or proc probability.
When to compare this item
The base weapon damage and speed describe only the weapon’s ordinary attacks. The item also has a recorded triggered effect; evaluate that text separately instead of adding an assumed proc rate to the displayed DPS.
What you give up
The Fire Resistance stat does not make the dagger a resistance set on its own. Dual-wield placement, ability requirements and dagger proficiency may change its usefulness.
Check before you commit
Check the current effect tooltip, weapon hand restrictions and Archmage Arugal source. No current beta proc probability or measured rotation result is established here.
Acquisition evidence
Each association has its own label. An observed source is a historical player report through the provider; an inherited Classic source is a lead to investigate. No current drop rates or guaranteed routes are implied.
